Senior Associate Attorney

Allison Derschang is a Senior Associate Attorney at Kukreja McFarlane Law, where she represents clients across all aspects of divorce and parental responsibility matters — including asset division, child custody, financial negotiations, and protection orders. She is driven by the tangible, positive impact her work has on the lives of the people she represents.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016 and her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Denver in 2011. While in law school she was selected to D.U.'s highly ranked National Trial Team, where she competed nationally and was coached by Kyle McFarlane and Kevin Keyes.

Prior to focusing her practice on family law, Allison was an employment litigator at a Centennial, Colorado business law firm, gaining trial experience in both state and federal courts on matters including discrimination, wage, and non-competition disputes. She has also successfully litigated fraud, replevin, partition, and relocation matters on behalf of her clients.

Patricia Martin is an Associate Attorney at Kukreja McFarlane Law, where she represents clients across complex divorce, custody, and parental responsibility matters. She is proud of the part she plays in helping people build an independent future after living through family litigation.

Patricia earned her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Child and Family Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2020. She also holds a Master of Science in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French and Francophone Studies from Loyola Marymount University. As an immigrant from Spain, she is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.

Prior to joining the firm, Patricia practiced complex divorce at a Denver-area family law firm and previously practiced immigration law, assisting immigrants and families through the immigration process. During law school she clerked at a Chicago family law firm, served on the Civitas Childlaw Center fellowship, and was a senior editor on the Children's Legal Rights Journal.
